Excellent resort situated on the lake backdrop. Facilities were good, properly maintained, friendly staff. Nice place to stay.
Restaurant - dinner was bit delayed. Could have been bit more fast in preparing dishes.

A well kept place with greenery all around and good exhibition of the Kerala heritage & culture. The rooms are great. The friendly staff ensure personal attentions and makes sure all guests are comfortable. A smiling team all around. The food right from breakfast to dinner is just out of the world. Great going team. Keep it up !!

The hotel arranged for us a shikara boat for an hour. The room was good.
The food wasn't satisfactory could be improved. The menu had many items but most of them weren't available at the time of our visit.

Bedding needs replacing. Ladder in pool needs replacing.
