TerribleCons:I made a reservation and specifically asked there was a car available on the phone while speaking to a person, not the computer, but when I arrived to pick my car up there was not a car there!!! When I questioned the attendant, he said there was nothing he could do for me. Consequently, I ended up spending over $100.00 more than I should have because another rental (Hertz) said they only had a van. I believe this should be Alamo'so responsibility. I also believe the attendant could have been much more helpful! He at least could have checked with all the other rental companies to see if there was a cheaper option. Young Driver FeeCons:I am 24 so I accept that I needed to pay an extra fee. However, when I booked, I correctly input my age. I was not charged the fee until I actually picked up the car which I found frustrating. Also, there was no cruise control.Reviewed 12 Mar 2017

HHI Airport rental car nightmare.Cons:Huge line. Booked few hours earlier but they had no record of my booking. Had to wait for clerk to call her manager, leave a voice mail, then wait for him to call back in order to get a car. Didn't get the car I wanted. Didn't get a receipt, temporary registration, or any documentation from Alamo or Kayak. Initially told car had a full tank but was only half full. The clerk also told me the insurance I bought through Allianz didn't cover damage to the car despite that being incorrect, then she charged be for Alamo insurance without my consent which I had to call to get a charge back a few days later to correct. Terrible experience.Reviewed 6 Jan 2017
