Pros:Easy booking and pickup for the car. Clean and reliable cars to rent!Cons:The rate was fair but additional charges like gas was not expected as I was not mentioned about tank fill up. Over charged me for fuel. And drop off location needs to be more.Reviewed 16 Feb 2021

Pros:Staff was fine at pickup and drop off (especially at drop off)Cons:The only slight annoyance was the number of times the counter rep suggested I purchase their insurance. I understand it’s their job to present this (profitable) option, but two offers is enough, I didn’t need the extra attempts. Pros:Although not a new car, it had no issues, and was the right size for me. The staff was very nice, no upgrade pressure.Cons:Was a bit worried about the check engine light, but when I mentioned it to him before I left, he noted that it was getting near a service milestone.
