Cons: The only slight annoyance was the number of times the counter rep suggested I purchase their insurance. I understand it’s their job to present this (profitable) option, but two offers is enough, I didn’t need the extra attempts. Pros: Although not a new car, it had no issues, and was the right size for me. The staff was very nice, no upgrade pressure.
Cons: Was a bit worried about the check engine light, but when I mentioned it to him before I left, he noted that it was getting near a service milestone. And as I mentioned, it had no issues.review from

Cons: Car was in terrible condition. Transmission slipped, possibly needed tires balanced, dashboard warning light was on (triangle with exclamation point) and the key battery was low causing anxiety that I might be stranded if the battery died and I could not get the car started. Worst rental car I've ever driven.

Pros: Agent was friendly and helpful. We were early, 2hours, for pick up since i couldnt change the auto fill reservation on line,noon to noon. That changed our rental to a weekly so it was a bit more than I'd expected. Only car available was a minivan, not expected, but okay for our needs.
Cons: Rate may not have been the deal I'd expected. Could not change the auto fill, noon to noon, on the booking sight after I'd booked to get the correct rate for the rental. Ended up costing me $40 more than I'd planned plus the vehicle availability was less because we were early.review from

One Way SUV from PA to FL
Pros: A low milage Toyota 4 Runner was a great deal. Had to pay a few dollars more per day but worth it.
Cons: I ordered a smaller RAV 4 (or similar) but when I arrived they wanted to give me a Jeep Patriot. No way I driving a Jeep 1,000 + miles.review from

Cons: Spending an extra $400 for the weekend so I could be where I needed to be for a wedding I was part of. I will never in my life rent from this company again.review from

Unorganized for both pickup and dropoff
Pros: There was only one person at the counter handling multiple companies. Despite all the car company names, there are in reality only several rental companies. I waited 20 minutes to pick up my car, and then it wasn't in the location I was told. The car had a little bit of a deodorizer smell to it, almost as if someone had previously smoked in it. For dropoff, there wasn't anyone in the lot. We had to walk all the way inside through barricades (the airport is under construction), and again wait as only one person was handling about 4 or 5 different rental company names.

Pros: Glad they stayed for the multiple flight delays appreciated the free upgrade to luxury but would have preferred the smaller car I requested
