Cons: Wuhan
Cons: Everything was great. Very nice and friendly crew, clean plane, great food. Excellent overall
Cons: Good service
Cons: 热情服务
Pros: Friendly crew and helpful staff
Cons: Missed connection from PEK to XIY due to delayed arrival and early departure. From XIY to PEK, booked and confirmed 11 departure, changed to 12:30 without notification or explaination. Rushed connections at PEK, pretty much ran from the minute left plan to another terminal, through custom, through all the health check points, security check.
Just keep the fights on time and keep the original schedules, not arbitrarily change them.
Pros: Because of our delay, we flew with Air Thai instead of Air China....much better airline
Pros: The crew was accommodating during the flight but spoke very little English and could not help with information on connecting flight.
Cons: We missed our connecting flight due to a delay and the airline would not let us through because we could have made our second flight....
Pros: The price
Cons: Staff was not helpful and kind of rude unless you spoke their language. Food options were terrible and not very comfortable seat for 13+ hr flight.
Cons: The food is not Good
Cons: Connecting though Beijing from Taipei to LAX is not recommended if you can avoid it!
Pros: The food was good. It was nice that they supply wet hot towels before each meal.
The seat was comfortable with the price I paid for. The rest room is nice and clean and quite spacious. The L’occitane toiletery bag was nice.
Cons: It would be nice to supply mouthwash in the rest room.
It would be nice to have a foot step at the bottom to open the trash container.
The comforter is not washed and smells.
Cons: Even for business class there is no TV screen on each seat. Just one small TV screen on the ceiling for a few rows to share.
It would be much better with TV screen on each seat.
I was sitting in the first row business class and the air hostess skipped me and didn’t give me a slipper. She gave me a used slipper at the end only without a packet.
This is unprofessional to treat a business class passenger
Cons: Seats are narrow, leg room limited, and food is minimal.
Cons: Seats are narrow, leg room poor, and food service is minimal.
Pros: Costumer service
Cons: Time late
Pros: The seats on business were comfy, the service excellent, the movie selection was fair to poor, the food was also fair to good largely because they served a heavy lunch rather than a light breakfast.
Cons: The food and movie selection.
Pros: The crew was okay. The seating was great on all except for one leg.
Cons: On one leg, it must have been an older plane, because the business class seats barely reclined.
Cons: More TV show choices and more Hollywood movies although I understand it's a Chinese airline not American.
Pros: on time, friendly service
Cons: cannot think of anything
Pros: Crew was great and was happy to get gluten free food i could eat
Cons: Not lose my bags :(
Pros: Beautiful new plane, professional crew, totally decent food.
Cons: Economy for 13 hours is always a bit rough, but no more so on Air China than any other airline. And the price was so much lower.
Pros: Boarding was a breeze, flight attendant onboard we attentive, choice of food orders at least two (in business class, can’t speak to first or main cabin passengers.) Flew from LA to Tokyo. Coming back from Hong Kong to LA. Fantastic flights, will use them again.
Pros: Very frustrated experience. Air China, air Canada, budget air, all push responsibilities away.
Budget air got my name wrong, too, which would have caused me to not be able to get on the original flight from China anyways.
Cons: Still I have not been able to get someone to fix my problem for me although I was promised that I could postpone my return flight by one day because of the delay at Victoria airport. Ended up having to buy a return ticket by myself.
Cons: Air China Service was horrible. I missed my flight due to an accident and when I got to the airport they were rude, and did not try to give me a solution. I had no money and I did not speak the language and the only solution they gave me was to call costumer service with the coins I have left. I will never fly with Air China again and I hope the rest of the people do the same. Horrible horrible experience.

Pros: The fare was good.
Cons: More modern equipment. Tv screens. Movies. In flight magazines in English.
Cons: Improve Food quality and choices, entertainment
Pros: The crew was super helpful and amazing! Comfortable seats and plenty of space for someone my size to sit (5’4”).
Cons: The only thing that I think could be better is the entertainment. I had a hard time figuring out how to use the screen on the aircraft but the selection of shows was good.
Cons: Really old aircraft...please upgrade the video systems and make sure everyone has the same good optons
Cons: N/A
Pros: Efficiency!
Cons: Long line at the security checkpoint
Cons: The air plane was really old
Cons: I always prefer asian airlines
Cons: kayak charge me for seat assiment and kosher food and millage number
Nom of those was in and i had to travel with out food and fight to get seats and make sure the millage number is in
Pros: It doesn't have premium economy, the space is small.
Cons: The food more options
Air China - A pleasurable flight!
Pros: Food - Free dinners even for economy class.
Entertainment - Every seat has a TV that offers multiple languages and tons of blockbuster movies from a variety of genres. They also offer many television shows in multiple languages and genres and video games.
Roomy- The seats are as non-roomy as any airplane. However, the flight attendants don't give you any trouble when you want to just get up and walk around and talk to people. It gives the plane a roomy atmosphere. You can go to spacier sections of the plane to hang out.
I think Air China is pretty cool!

Air China - Pleasurable flight!
Pros: Great entertainment - The plane offers a ton of blockbuster movies that are recent and from many catagories. They also offer TV from different lands and video games and selection of languages to hear them in.
Great food - Even economy passengers get great free food during the trip. For a trip as long as going from Washington DC to BeiJing, they give you two dinners.
Roominess - The seats are as cramped as any airline. However, the flight attendants don't give you are trouble when you want to get up and walk around and stay standing and talking with people of a long time. It has two isles so it feels pretty roomy to get up and walk around.
Friendly staff- They make american flight staffs look very rude.
Cons: Leading up to the flight, customer service can only be contacted by email. Don't even try calling. They never pick up and won't get back to you. At least the flight is very good.
Pros: Amazing crew and staff
Cons: More food selection
Pros: Boarding process may have been the best thing possible.
Cons: Customer service could be a whole lot better. Seats very uncomfortable for extended flights.

Pros: Setvice
Pros: Cabin crew was super nice and the exit row seating has large amounts of leg room.
Pros: Flight was canceled, air China communication to passengers was terrible. Took me 48 hours to get home with miscommunications all along the line.
Cons: Traffic on the strip made us sit in our seats for a long time, about an hour and I had my infant on my lap who had peed through his pants but I wasn’t allowed to go to the lavatory and change his diaper or clothes! This was to Seoul not Beijing.
Cons: Traffic on the take off strip made us sit in our seats for a long time, about an hour and I had my infant on my lap who had peed through his pants but I wasn’t allowed to go to the lavatory and change his diaper or clothes! Not just this but I also had a very important meeting to attend in Seoul for business and the flight delay made me late! Unacceptable
Cons: WiFi and entertainment
Cons: Because the first flight was delayed, we had to run like mad men to our connecting flight or else we wouldve missed it.
