You had 2 days to work on it ,they obiously dropped the ball. They said put in reciepts for refund,I'm never gonna see that.got royally screwed.
Every as expected.flight attendant went abovedado and beyond for my confort 10 point 4 her
No pillow, no blanket, poor selection of movies. Crew not very attentive or "happy" to assist passengers
Very easy to fly, great itinerary, nice airport staff and flight attendants. The onboard snack can be better knowing that Argentina is famous for it’s bakery products.
Check in was chaotic.
Everything was great thanks
I flew with a baby and the crew at night from Bs As to Atlanta were super helpful!
The flight was smooth, comfortable, and fast We enhoyed
As with all Aerolineas Argentinas flights, check-in was terrible. They have a system where all international flights (or other multiple-flight categories) check in together, so the airport is very crowded, the lines are very long, and checkin takes forever. Online checkin was not available to me. There was no entertainment. Food was edible but mediocre. However, all of the staff (onboard as well as in the airport) were very friendly and helpful.
Excellent flight and service. Food, main course and dessert are good but 1st course very bad. I didn't like the breakfast. Needs something as cheese or fruit. Or at least a good quality croissant.
Delayed 1 hour due to delays in feeling (storm) and slow boarding due to late start of check in given how much paperwork has to be checked these days
AR changed the departure time twice. Then, we were seating at the aircraft for 45 minutes. The meal was a simple muffin and a drink. No entertainment. Very poor service. Sad, considering AR was once among the Top airlines in the world.
Cons: They dont pick up the phone or answer whatsapp messeges. Sent email advising me to check and it said reservation not found. Tried calling and sending whatsapp message but got no reaponse. Printed all my receipts and hoped my res was valid.
Cons: Due to COVID it was ok
Cons: They made us fly on the forbidden Boeing 737 MAX! Nos hicieron volar en el Boeing 737 MAX que está prohibido en todo el mundo.
Cons: All seats taken, no real COVID protocol. No food, no drinks.
Cons: No food, no drinks, just water that you should go a look for yourself, but they told us to remain seated! All the seats taken, so no SARS-COV 2 real protocol.
Cons: Great service, fantastic flight and good price. Unbeatable !
Cons: Crowded. Very scary.
Pros: Left and arrived on time
Cons: Lunch should have been served. Not a cereal bar and a drink for a three flight at noon.
Cons: Baggage fees were I accurate. Flight was earlier than advertised/booked.
