Pros:Clean aircraft, excellent food and friendly service. Departure on time and comfortable seats. Five stars!

Pros:The aircrafts are very nice and much better than Boeings. The decor is also very nice. Vistara is the only domestic airline with premium economy
Cons:The upgrade voucher process was very cumbersome, wasted a lot of time. The counter executives did not have a clue about how to use the upgrade voucher

Cons:They hanged me for 1 hour at checking counter because they need baggage info proof of my next connecting flight from DEL TO SFO. They should know that all flights from Del to sfo is with 2 pieces baggage.

The trip was booked on a Premium Economy, I was moved to standard economy with no compensation. When I boarded the flight crew had already made someone else sit in my place who were reluctant to give me my seat. Quite a few people were found not wearing masks and crew did nothing about it. No choice of food in spite of me with a standard economy ticket that includes the option of food.
