Cut off carry ons, had to check, got on and there was plenty of bin space. Disappointing.

American Airlines canceled the flight twice and was unable to facilitate a change of city for us after our travel plans became affected. We lost alot of money due to this and it seems like the airline was trying their best not to facilitate this. Mind you, I am a very loyal member.

Nothing, flight was supposed to leave at 758 am. My flight didn’t leave until 430 pm. Spent the whole day at the airport.

After my luggage was grabbed by another passenger, by accident, I chose to speak with the American Airlines staff within the airport. Not only was the customer support staff uninformed but also very argumentative, making this situation harder to deal with. I was only able to finally retrieve my luggage thanks to the passenger who took it contacting me due to the tags on the luggage. All of this was happening during another 2 hour delay and 3 gate changes. Horrible airline with disgusting, on the ground, customer support staff.

Flight was delayed due to crew not being there, besides that it was a normal flight.

Crew was rude and the flight is not comfortable for long haul.

Food was very average. And top up drinks offer was absent. For a 11 hour long flight that should be the minimum. The crew didn't want to be there. I understand it was new year day but given they had signed up for it

Too many gate changes for someone of my age. Gate changed to another terminal!!!!! Do you know how hard it is to change to another gate???? walking with a bad knee and back with no assistance! You need more transportation workers that can assist the elderly when gate changes happen!

Very Stress free Lounges were superb. Crews were caring. I loved it.

The layover time was barely 1.30 hrs and the security clearance sucks. I almost missed my flight but for the help of a manger. She held the flight for me. My baggage did not arrive. The entertainment did not work, I had to switch my seat 3 times for different issues. The travel was not fun

It took over an hour to check in my bag a there was just one person at the counter. Security lines for business class also took a while. Although I reported 3 hours before my flight I made it to the gate 20 mins before boarding. To add to that jewelry was removed from my checked in baggage. I am submitting a separate complaint to Mumbai airport for that.

The check at Accra was very bad . I had to be in the queue for solid two hours simple because your staff were pushing people and lifting the balustrade for them to jump the queue. This situation made us very made with your Accra check in crew. I have video of what I am putting across and I am happy I have the opportunity now.I can send the video to you if you are ready to punish those involved.

International flight from CCU to MIA . paid 1235 dollars at this low season. NO CHECK IN BAGGGAE ALLOWED ?????????????? NOT EVEN ONE?????????? Never ever I will even thing about buying tickets and flying with them again. Just A BIG NO

Biz class has a middle seat. 🙄. WiFi only for first class. No free seat assignments. Basically nickel and dime approach. They need to take lessons from Singapore Air and the likes. Never again.

I have not used food or entertainment all other services I used were simply excellent. BA crew is always good in service. The BA Crew at anygiven flight is simply amazing.

The crew was great but we sat in the plane for over an hour before takeoff combined with a 4 hour delay on our previous flight caused us to miss planned scheduled meetings in Geneva.

My parents travelled through british airways. Service was very poor. They were not able to eat anything in the flight due to poor customer service in the flight.
