Pros:A wide variety of entertainment available on board
Cons:The airline lost my luggage and the claim process is vague. I was told I will be contacted with my claims number at the airport. Thus far I haven't heard anything from the airline. The number given goes straight to voice mail.

Pros:I thought that the crew working the flight from Abu Dhabi to Doha, was especially efficient, There is so little time to do all the things that they have to do, They however seem to do it well, and at the same time make it look easy.
Cons:I do not like having to take a bus to and fro the terminal in Abu Dhabi. Especially when the connections are short.
