We left one hour late because of technical difficulties. The economy comfort seats are great for the price. The crew was mediocre, they do not provide a pleasant experience, they just deliver food and drinks and give orders, not very amicable, no service and hospitality focus.
Seats are fair enough for medium tall people. Good food all the trip. Fight attendances are warm
Overall a good experience. We were disappointed when we had to check our carry on due to the plane being full. KLM hadn’t notified us and we had valuable items in the carry on but they still made us check it. Some of the food was great and some was mediocre. Crew is really kind and funny.
One of the vstewardeses wanted to bump me of the plane for absolutely nothing. There is CCTV in the plane ans everything can be verified. Very disappointing , you all will see, o other 5 years and the passangers who does not smile to flight attendent will be bumped off...
It was nice to be on a legacy airline, people try at least.
I travel frequently. The flight was late again... KLM should really try and be on time
The flight itself it was great nice food the crew were very nice and helpful, Checking in from Birmingham wasn't great long queues for bag dropped, And I had my hand luggage case taken away from me even though I requested to have it with me as I had breakables items. I was told I can not because of the length of the flight with no explanation at all no options was given for me to take my fragile items out of my case it was taken away with hold buggage I find the staff member who was checking me in very unpleasant !! Can we please be advise if the rules have changed about the the carry on hand luggage it will be easier to be advise on booking your tickect if we not allowed to take the hand luggage with me. Overall I had a good flight .
The food quality is poor. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The entertainment program was limited. I experienced a delay of 30 minutes due to two issues. Passenger luggage had to be removed and there was a technical issue with the stairs not detaching from the aircraft. The pilot managed to compensate and we arrived only 15 minutes later. The luggage at Dubai airport was very slow. I waited over an hour.
One of their staff was so rude with discriminative. Such a reputed airline shouldn't hire such kind of arrogant attendants.
Cabin crew on our flight showed lack of any customer service gruff and acting annoyed if you asked anything and I mean anything Example a man on the seat over dropped his beer on my husbands blanket We asked if we could switch out blankets cabin crew Said. No we don’t have any extras OK well can you take the wet one Cabin crew looked disgusted and annoyed Took it no OK or yes just a growl
Quick flight. But cabin crew were very noisy and talking too much, especially when we were seated at the back of the plane trying to sleep through the night .
My ticket was for Premium Economy and all the seats were taken, I was placed in Economy class and I’m looking for a refund.
Unfortunately delayed 2 hrs due to faulty tyre.. which had to be changed, but better safe than sorry.

Hi vergin Atlantic service was good but the flight ticket agent travel up charge me extra 57 pounds as a airport charges, actually I refuse to pay but they say if I not pay £57 then they say you will not be able to travel from Heathrow to goa ,so for me there was no option and it was just 3 day before my departure so i paid, so please look in to the matter. And I have a receipt of £ 57 as well .thanks
Staff didn’t check cabin well for landing seemed more interested in chatting to each other. Food was poor and differed from pre order.
We were in the last group to be called to the flight - which was 30 minutes late taking off. While we were lucky enough to have been given bulkhead seats (due to a medical condition I’d told them about beforehand) the seats weren’t particularly comfortable. A crying baby for the whole trip made things worse, so the crew managed very well with coping. The final thing I’d say was that there wasn’t enough food served during the flight.

We flew Upper Class from London to The Turks and Caicos. Check in was amazing. Our ldriver too us directly to a special entrance to terminal 3. It took 10 minutes to check in and clear customs. Amazing! The VA lounge is large and comfortable. Boarding the flight was easy and without a wait. The crew was excellent. But the seats were awful, strange and uncomfortable. Having a comfortable flat bed seat is the reason we pays 1000s extra. The VA 787 uses a reverse herringbone configuration. Look it up. You have your back to the window and are facing the aisle with no privacy. Turning the seat into a bed requires assistance from the crew so not very spontaneous. . The food was ok. A bit tasteless and meager portions. Had to pay for WiFi. I believe VA has other configuration on their dream airbus flights. Lots of stuff about all this on YouTube where you can see what I have been describing. I can not recommend taking VA on a long flight with these seats.
Ok, but comfort was lacking as the seats were way to small
Boarding process was well organized and orderly even though flight was fairly full. Water bottles were provided during boarding which was great as I drink a lot of water. Bathroom was not as clean as it could have been but was acceptable and fairly dry. Food however was mediocre. I have had better food on 2 hour local flights in other countries.
one hour to board connecting flight from frankfurt trying to beat the far Z gate and with immigration of USA ppus waited for delayed boarding in gare for an hour and fly half gour late worst transit im frankfurt this airlines are for profit passengers are victim of dysfunctional airline frankfurt so crowded restroom are too small
Paid WiFi was only available for a few minutes. Avoid at all costs.
The crew was nice but the people going to Orange County are so entitled. Everyone thinks everything is suppose for be perfect for them. Tough crowd.
Another late flight from United. We never got the exact reason why. When we got on the plane, the staff seemed to spend a very long time just milling around in the front of the plane. I also never figured out why the door to the cockpit was open for so long prior to leaving. All in all just a poor performance again from United. There is a reason we did not choose United for the international legs of this recent trip, overall dissatisfaction.
Flight was diverted to Canberra because Not enough fuel to circle on Sydney’s skies waiting for showers to pass. After that everything went wrong. It took forever to put fuel. Once back rolling, we stopped short of takeoff because crew had reached maximum work hours per shift. Back to gate we waited and waited in the plane with no water and no food - a total of 4 hours. Received contrasting news about the follow up of our trip. Finally we disembarked but our luggage could not be processed there as not enough custom agents. We ended up on buses and arrived at Sydney airports after a 3 hours trip. There we had to queue in line with 240 more passengers to file a lost luggage claim. We received the luggage after 48 hours, many of which spent holding with non-existent United customer service. Never able to speak to an actual person during those long phone calls. Finally on a chatline I could talk to a baggage agent, who filed another report as our luggage did not appear anywhere in their system. Thus it was surprising to get it back.
Was a good flight. On time. Was full and all went well

It was Christmas and the crew was awesome. And the passengers were patient.
They needed to de-ice the plane. Apparently airlines have a problem keeping their de-icing vehicles in good repair. After we backed away from the gate we sat and didn't move for nearly an hour. Nearly an HOUR with minimal communication from the flight crew. Eventually the sun took care of what American Airlines could not and melted the minimal ice. We finally took of a hour late which, in turn, jacked up our connection in Chicago.
Despite my vow to never fly with American Airlines (AA) again following a disappointing experience in the summer of 2022, I found myself reluctantly booking a non-stop flight from Huntsville to Washington D.C. on AA, as it was the only airline offering this direct route. To my surprise, the entire process was seamless, from boarding to landing. The flights were punctual, eliminating any need for excuses or explanations. Based on this positive experience, I am pleased to say AA has regained my trust and will be considered for my future travel needs.
all good still 18 min late taking off. Wish AA could get with the program and be one time for once.
I have lost my items and I didn't receive good customer service
It was a domestic flight so the food was not included. But we had not even a little snack and by the end of the flight they were coming around serving water.
This is not really an Air Canada item, but the PA system un the Cancun airport is very poor. Any passenger announcements or changes were basically inaudible.
Air Canada domestic flight is so so and is not conformable at all. Air Cañada international flight is Ok. The crew of international flight is more experienced and the plane is a bit better.
Air.Canada assisted passengers with hotels, cabs, and accommodations when the flight was delayed because of mechanical problems.
A 2 hour delay because they couldn’t fit some oversized cargo in the small hold doors of an Embraer! Surely they know the sizes before attempting to load it?
My flight was cancelled. The flight they booked me on was delayed over 2 hours with mechanical problems so I missed my connection and they ran out of hotel rooms, so I had to book and pay for it on my own. I also had to pay for food out of pocket. It was a terrible experience.
Entertainment seems one sided. There has to be a balance of old and new even for international movies and songs.

Food variety there should be more options or at least more chicken than pasta offers. Multiple times I get left with pasta option only as I usually sit furthest back row.
The agents lied and said flight was completely full, (wasn’t even have full) then proceeded to take everyone’s roller bags even though there was plenty room to accommodate them on the flight.
