Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to the airport, making it ideal for layovers and early flights. Many found the beds to be exceptionally comfortable and highlighted the overall cleanliness of the rooms. While some appreciated the polite staff and helpful service in certain situations, there were also complaints about service issues, such as problems with billing, lack of invoice issuance, and unhelpful responses to guest requests. The breakfast offering was a common point of dissatisfaction, with several guests noting limited options or unfulfilled promises regarding included breakfast. Overall, the hotel is valued for its convenience, comfort, and cleanliness, but there are notable areas for improvement in service and breakfast.AI-generated from customer reviews
