Pros (+) We stayed over Christmas and loved this hotel. The hotel has been recently rennovated and was beautiful and historic. The lobby was gorgeous with historic pieces and a train set. The rooms were spacious and bathrooms were nice. I love the old doors on the rooms. There was a book in the room about the hotel, which was very interesting. Self parking was only two dollars less than valet.
Cons (-) Some of the front desk staff was great, some were not . The allure of this hotel is the history. I wish they had an expert on staff that could answer questions or give tours. Or make it part of the training with the Front Desk Clerks. All and all we loved the hotel
