Pros:The staff was quick, clear, friendly, patient and overall highly efficient.Cons:The car I requested was unavailable and the car we did receive was not nearly as comfortable or as efficient when it came to fuel economy. Pros:Missing my connection a very knowledgeable, understanding man let me change my pick up location quickly and efficiently.Cons:Return in Faro horrible with very rude young man who didn't check car with me.told me to go to airport! As I had total coverage and no incidents in2 days I went. 10 days LATER I was emailed BY CLAUDIA that I would be charged for missing phone holder I NEVER HAD and scratch I NEVER HAD!OTHERWISE 5 stReviewed 20 Jul 2019
