Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's location, especially its proximity to the temple, making it convenient for visitors. However, many reviews highlighted negative experiences regarding service, with complaints about unhelpful staff, booking issues, and poor communication. Cleanliness was also a concern, as several guests mentioned dirty rooms and inadequate maintenance. Room size was another common complaint, with many finding the rooms too small and cramped. Overall, while the location was a highlight, improvements are needed in service, cleanliness, and room comfort.
