The Society Hotel

Getting from the airport to your accommodation at The Society Hotel is really easy and straight forward. Head to the Portland International Airport light rail station and get on board the MAX Red Line heading towards City Center & Beaverton. Trains leave the airport every 15m so you will not have to wait long. Once on board, get off at the Old Town/Chinatown station, and the hotel will be a 3m walk. The full trip will take about 40m and will cost around $2.5 per person.

The Society Hotel‘s rooftop space is available for booking if you are looking to organize an event with a view. You can have a maximum of 50 guests and the rate is $200 per hour, for a maximum of 6h. Drinks and audio-visual equipment can be provided by the hotel at an extra cost, and if you are after catering it can be organized with a third-party service provider. Please note that reservations for the space need to be made at least two weeks prior to the event.

While The Society Hotel does not have an on-site parking area, guests of the hotel can park their cars at the SmartPark parking garage which is a 3m walk away. It is located on the corner of NW Naito Pkwy and NW Davis St and has a parking rate of $15 per 24h. If you wish to unload the car prior to parking it, you can make use of the loading zone which is located right outside the hotel.

If you will be arriving early to The Society Hotel, an early check-in can be offered if your room is available and ready. However, for a guaranteed early check-in, it is best to pre-register your request, and a fee may be required. For a late check-out, contact the front desk the day before your departure, and if your room is not urgently needed, the hotel will be happy to accommodate your request, and a late check-out fee may apply.

Guests who are traveling with children are able to request a crib or a rollaway bed to be added to their room at The Society Hotel. A crib can be added to any of the private guestrooms, while rollaway beds will only fit in the Premium Suites, and if you need a crib and a rollaway bed, they will both easily fit in a Premium Suite. This service incurs an extra fee of $10 per extra bed per night, and please note that numbers are limited so the availability of extra bedding is on a first come first serve basis.(Prices checked 10/06/19).
