Pros (+) Absolutely nothing.
Cons (-) The building looks deserted. Everything is old and broken down. The beds were uncomfortable. The walls has stairs. The curtains were filthy. The floor had half eaten slices of bread that had not been cleaned. The water in the shower faucet did not have any flow of water. The toilet was absolutely filthy. I can go on and on and on. Absolutely filthy hotel.

Pros (+) The location - Right next to T3, Delhi Airport
Cons (-) Almost everything other than Location. 1. Unclean, Shabby Room with Rats squeaking around 2. Old and Dingy property 3. Limited Breakfast options 4. Old CRT Television set which was non functional 5. Unhygenic Food - Copper wire found in medu vada (I had for breakfast)
