Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests praised the hotel's central and convenient location, with easy access to transportation and local attractions. However, many reviews highlighted significant issues with service, including denied bookings, poor staff behavior, and lack of customer support. Cleanliness was a major concern, with several guests reporting dirty rooms, unclean bathrooms, and pest problems. Some guests felt the hotel did not offer good value for the price, and only a few mentioned room size positively. Overall, while the location is a strong point, service and cleanliness need major improvement.
