I hired a car to be picked up from a hire place at the local airport, phoned the airport to be told there wasn’t any cars available,took two weeks to get a refund after a lot of messing around as there’s three company’s involved,one took the booking,one took the payment and one were I was to pick the car up from,quick enough to take your money so slow sorting problems out finally got there in the end regarding a refund thanks to a lovely lady at the place were I was to pick the car up from.Europcar

Pros:
The car was brand new and ran well, getting fantastic gas mileage without being underpowered. Pickup at Liverpool Airport was extremely friendly, no upsell. I like the "fuel option," where they sell you a tank of gas but agree to cancel the sale if you bring it back full. In my case, with a very tight connection at my dropoff, I was grateful to be able to come in empty.Cons:
Car's handbrake was not adjusted right, so that it would not hold on very steep grades.8.0 Very Good
