Pros: new car, bluetooth, parking sensors, AC, nice infotainment center, easy pick-up / drop-off, good location right at the airport (no need of a shuttle, which is usually the case in US) friendly and courteous staff, price was unbeatable compared to other companies
Cons: need to buy vignettes for different countries (Hungary, Romania), but that is usually the case in Europe; I should have bought a 30-day vignette for Hungary, too, but I bought 2 10-day vignettes, which of course, are more expensive than a 30-day; (it was may mistake, I had rented the car for 10 days, but the vignettes are valid until the end of the 10-th day, not for 240 hours, like the rental car )

Easy quality car rental in Vienna
Pros: The agent was friendly and explained all the documents to me. She gave me time to confirm with my credit card about insurance coverage. The car was clean and very good quality.

Wrong car, no service at pickup garage
Cons: On pickup the passcode for the Eurocar garage elevator did not work. Inside the garage there was no attendant to help me. I had to get into the car on the passenger side because another car was blocking the driver's side. The car I ordered was a mini but the one they gave me was an SUV, which uses more fuel and is much harder to park. The "AdBlue" had not been refilled so for my entire rental trip every two minutes an audible and displayed alert was presented warning me to add more AdBlue, whatever that is. There was no parking at the Vienna office for me to stop to ask questions after picking up the car.

Cons: Car was low on oil and a warning light came on as we were driving. Fluid levels should have been checked before the car was rented.
