Cost can always be lower.. but the miles are not on my carPros:Plenty of room, got an up grade because yhay didn't have what i asked for.Cons:Car was a bit bigger a bit more on gas than asked for so gas was a bit more.Reviewed 13 Nov 2018

Flexible!Pros:I had to move up my rental time an hour which was no problem and then returning the car I returned it an hour later than planned due to road conditions but they have a 1 hour leeway so wasn't charged an extra day which I was happy about.Cons:You don't find out which car you get until you arrive but it was a Hyundai Sonata and got 35 mpg which was fantasic.Reviewed 20 Mar 2017

Great convenience!Pros:I forgot how nice it was to be picked up and dropped off when renting a car. Made it possible for me to pick it up earlier in the day and have everything packed before my husband got home. If we went with a regular company I would have had to coordinate with my husband's schedule so we could drive together.
