Pros:Good price.Cons:Enterprise never contacted me to let me know the site where I was to pick up the car was closed due to Covid. They said they didn't have any contact info for me but when I got to the other location, they had my phone number. A little frustrating.Reviewed 1 Dec 2020

Pros:The staff was pleasant and pickup/drop-off was easy.Cons:The security deposit fee was not as transparent as it could've been. It was buried within the rental agreement, and even including a rough estimate (based on vehicle class) in the cost total would've been helpful. We thankfully had a second form of payment to cover the balance and avoid catastrophe.Reviewed 28 May 2019

ExcellentPros:From the guy I picked the car up from all the way to the woman I returned it to I can’t tell you enough how flawless and perfect everything went..The Camry absolutely exceeded any of my expectations and the staff matched that excellence equally!! I will continue to rely on the Newark Shopping Center Enterprise whenever I need a rental!!Cons:There’s honestly not one thing I didn’t like..As close to perfection as you could possibly be!!Reviewed 5 Jan 2019

Needed a Pick-up Truck and Enterprise is ClosePros:Nice new vehicle was ready for pick-up. Crew was helpful as usual.Cons:Enterprise's gas practice is terrible as you get gas at random location on gauge, and have to return it with same.Reviewed 22 Aug 2017

Confused workers & smoky carPros:I showed up early and they were able to accommodate me and provide a car.Cons:Mass confusion. Whether it was dropping off the car or picking it up, the employees we're running around not knowing what car was going to who. They tried to give one car to 3 different people because the employees didn't know what the others were doing. Car smelled like smoke!! when I got in the car and drove it away I immediately smelled a minty fragrance in the car but really couldn't figure out what it was. Then, I picked up my wife and she immediately knew it was menthol cigarettes, after driving for a half hour in the car the smell became too unbearable and we had to stop and get out to give our lungs a break. The smell was too overwhelming where it started to cause shortness of breath. In the last 3 weeks I have rented 4 cars (3 from other companies), and by far, this was the worst customer experience and worst car I have had.Reviewed 9 May 2017
