Staff at the counter was outstanding. The car type I reserved was unavailable so it took some extra time to find a solution. We did. The return is fantastic - all rental companies return in a single location and there is no need to wait for a receipt. Things to improve: Directions to the counter, including a clear map, should be added to the reservation. Current information is insufficient. IMPORTANT - an email with a detailed receipt should be sent immediately after returning the car. It wasn't.Reviewed 23 Sept 2024
