Very nice car and person who helped me. It was too expensive to do the one way trip in my opinion and ended up going back ti where I picked it up to save $120. Otherwise very happy with the experienceReviewed 13 Nov 2025

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful but the car was infested with roaches and they didn’t notice, or say anything. I returned iit two hours after renting it and the team was incredibly nice and understanding but didn’t have a replacement of comparable size to lend meReviewed 8 Jul 2025

Provided a reliable, clean vehicle. paperless transaction and very quick process for pick up. only snag was that i was renting during holiday season and my original return date fell on a holiday when the local branch was closed. i tried to arrange a return to the Enterprise at Jacksonville Intl Airport ahead of time with Johnny but that seemed to have been overlooked and did not appear on my booking details. I returned the car to the local branch using the key drop off though and it turned out ok.Reviewed 2 Jan 2024
