Helpful employees, clean carPros:The wait to pick up the car wasn't bad, and the woman who helped us check in was pleasant. We had booked a sedan but one was not available so she gave us an upgrade to a small SUV for no charge, and then she waived the fuel charge and let us return it on empty. The return process was super easy - took us well under 5 minutes.Cons:I wasn't aware there was a 20% deposit charged when we picked up the car that will apparently be refunded after you bring it back. That would have been nice to know in advance, but that's not the employee's fault at this location. The shuttle driver from the airport to the rental car place was pretty bad - he was careening around corners and our stuff was sliding all over. However the driver on the way back to the airport was just fine, so it all just depends who you get.Reviewed 15 Oct 2018
