Enterprise was awful. I’m not sure I’ll ever do business with them again. I made a reservation a month ahead of time, and they cancelled it at the last minute. Then they had the nerve to offer me a downgraded vehicle at 3 times the price. I think a lawyer in NY called this practice extortion. With my grandchildren arriving for the holidays, I needed a 7 passenger vehicle to retrieve them from the airport and drive them around. I rented a 3 row premium SUV. Enterprise said there were no vehicles available, but that if I wanted to downgrade to a minivan it would be 3x the price from an Enterprise location a few towns away. I called corporate Enterprise to see if they could intervene, and that was futile as well. My case has been escalated, and someone will get back to me, I think in the next year.Reviewed 1 Jan 2022

Car was on Empty when I got in, there was stuff left throughout the car by the previous renter, the inside of the windshield was so dirty it was dangerous and the rearview mirror had several very visible fingerprints on it. This car was obviously not clean at all.Reviewed 8 Nov 2021

It would have been a lot better if there had been a car available when I showed up. I was originally told there was no car. I made the reservations 4-5 months before traveling, traveled across the country to find there was no car. I called Enterprise before I drove down to pick up the car to ask if there was a car ready for me. The response was 'yes'. When I arrived the response was 'no'. Finally a car was produced. Pros:Altima was very nice, great MPG (37), adaptive cruise control, smooth. Flexibility to change drop off location while in route was nice. Price was great.Cons:The fella that was at pickup in Marlborough was very friendly, but way to close of a talker given all this COVID stuff. Had a mask on, but not quite covering everything. Was tough to keep any sort of distance from him. Also, car was not cleaned quite well enough. Cup holders had some scuzz and something was splashed on the inside of the windshield.Reviewed 17 May 2020
