A lot of confusionPros: BE CAREFUL WHEN BOOKING FROM THESE GUYS!!!
After I was very firm with the staff, they ended up changing the price to what I reserved to pay (I arrived about one hour late for the flight was delayed. When I got to the booth, there was a couple there for at least 30 minutes. When it was my turn, the person on the counter said that I did not have any insurance for the car, which was already paid for. Then I was handed a phone to talk to someone on customer service. The person said that the reservation was canceled due to the amount of time it took me to get the car, therefore the price has been increased. After 40 minutes on the phone with the person, he finally said he would honor the price I was given on Kayak. By then I had been at the place for over one hour and a half).
Cons: The way they played with whatever they wanted to get me to accept a higher rate. They tried to say that I was late to pick up the car (my flight was delayed about 40 minutes, I was on line at their counter for another 30 plus minutes, then I was told I did not have insurance I had paid for, then I was put on a call with come customer service rep who then said it had been 2 hours past the pick up time, therefore my reservation was canceled and I would have to pay for their regular price for that day).
