Cons: There was no insurance cost included in the quote. I never saw a rental car quote without insurance included in the package. Also this is misleading information as it is forbidden by law to hire a car without insurance. Price ended up being more than twice what was quoted. I would have selected a different car if I had all the information that I needed to make the right choice.

Cons: Unclear terms at booking. Was told at pick-up that we had to pay $/km. It was a shock and an unpleasant experience. Lady working there was not pleasant and just told us it's not their fault that Kayak did not disclose the lack of included mileage, and that the info is on the enterprise website.
