So from the moment we went in to get the car to dropping it off, it was a wonderful experience. The lady that helped us was great. We rented a beautiful mustang convertible. It was very clean, heck it was new! Very low miles and ran like a dream. We were only gone a few days but loved every moment of it. She took the time to show us all about the car. Really a great experience. Can't wait to go again!Avis

The car I rented had a screw in the front tire I found on inspection. It took them almost an hour to bring me my replacement ( they kept saying “ we’re understaffed) . The car rental cost more than my airline ticket. I rent cars frequently for work and I’ve never been charged more for a rental. Would NOT recommend.2.0 Poor
