Pickup issues

Pros: We upgraded to Nissan car with GPS, which was excellent. The only car available requiring diesel fuel was a VW Polo without GPS. We requested a compact car using diesel fuel. The male representative was slow and failed to explain car features such how to shift into reverse, open the gas tank, etc. The car we accepted has pigeon drops on the windows. Two females representatives appeared at their desks only after we waited 20 minutes (2 customers we ahead of us).
