Pros: The car itself was nice after barely getting a car even after I had a reservation.
Cons: When I arrived at this location they had given my car away and was told they had no others available to rent even after putting down a deposit with my reservstion. It wasn’t until I had to argue with the man and then try to get on the phone with customer service did they miracously have a vechile for me to rent. Then just to extend it for an extra day cost my basically the same amount as when I had it for three days. Ridiculous if you can I’d avoid this place and company.
Cons: Car was dirty, and needed oil change. It drove weird and had to change it half way. Made mistakes when i did my reservation personally.

Pros: Joel at enterprise always takes great care of my reservation. I'm always greeted as I enter the store. No complaints all great people there!

Cons: They didn't have a car available for me to drive until 4:40pm on Friday. I scheduled my pickup for Thursday. I understand it happens but I would of liked to be notified. I had to continue to call them.
Pros: Seats were comfy... Gas tank was full... Returning it was very quick.
Cons: The associate who rented it to me was not professional.... He used the F. word multiple time in conversation,and told me he was leaving this job..... The car was FILTHY!!! I took pictures there was dirt ALL over it. I had to wash it in order to be able to see out the windows... There were scuffs I pointed out, but was told not to worry because I was forced to buy the damage protection waiver (something you must do when you use a debit card....cost an extra $26 day...)
I filled up the tank and brought the receipt, but the associate checking me in for the return refused to take the receipt... He was supposed to fax it to their corporate office.... If I get an additional charge (won't know for up to 2 weeks) I will be very angry.. Over all I wasn't impressed with the service, or the lack of care for the car.
