The office at the pick up location smelled nice.Cons:
The location did not have my car size on the lot at the Hollywood location on Pembroke Rd. I took a small SUV: Nissan Rogue as thats all they had. It did not fit me; I'm 6feet 6in and 280lbs. The location said they anticipate a full size arrival the next day by 11am. I called on Friday; they dont have a full size. I had to drive 17miles to the Miami Lakes location to pickup the Full Size car 1 day after my pick up day. I had to delay my vacation. The only compensation I got was a free 1/2 tank of gas or 8 gallons @$2.43/gal which equals $19.44 for all my troubles.7.9 Good

was able to change the drop off location to airport with minimal cost/penaltyCons:
I had to wait for the car to arrive to the car rental place for 3 hours. In addition there were 5 to 7 other people who were also waiting. After waiting for about 1.5 hours the staff realized that they mixed up my car choice and so this led to further delays. Very frustrating to spend 3 hours of my vacation sitting in a parking lot on the highway during a nice sunny day, when I should have been with with my family.2.0 Poor

Everything. The car was not ready upon pick up. I was told “we have no cars here for you so you can either wait or take a smaller car” I then I had to wait for someone to return a car, then wait for it to be cleaned. I got the car and the driver window would not roll down. I called 3 location in the are to switch the car out and no cars were available. On my 14 hour drive one of the tires continued to lose pressure, also the car shook when driving over 50 or accelerating. At my destination I had to contact 5 enterprises a day to see if any cars were available to switch out. During 5 days no one had any cars, so I was forced to drive this car which I did not feel safe in 14 hours back home.10.0 Wonderful

Enterprise overall as a company needs to do better with their online reservations. I made a reservation in Hollandale and they claim that they called me but they never did to tell me that the car reserved was not available so when I went to pick up the car they told me that as well as that there were no other cars available he gave me a card and told me to call around to the other enterprise to see if they had a car available10.0 Wonderful

The first car provided was extremely dirty (trash in the back seat, dirty steering wheel, sand in the back - it wasn’t cleaned at all, and during a pandemic, when that is even more critical. The car class we requested was unavailable. There is no after hours drop off available - and the location is only open until 1pm.6.8 Okay
