I received an "It’s official: you got a ride for Syracuse". The reservation had been cancelled when I attempted to pick up the car. The experience would be improved with proper communication and keeping the reservation that was confirmed by your company. Or email that no car is available.Reviewed 31 Dec 2025

Pros:Syracuse staff was helpful, friendly, efficient.Cons:The check engine light came on while I was in NC, 700 miles away from home.Obviously I rented a car for reliability so I called, they told me to take it to local shop and trade it in. I went to 2 different locations and called the airport location. The only thing the staff would say is no cars were available. Which is fine, but there were no other options offered, no recommended plan of action. This is their car, there should have been more guidance. I drove the car back and it made it ok. Not knowing what the issue was or what could go wrong was a stress I did not need on this trip.Reviewed 12 Apr 2021
