Everything went well until the tire blew off on the vehicle in Orlando and I was unable to get any support from your suppose to be support staff, in which four of them hung the phone up while I was still speaking . Enterprise was referred to me by a family member, but I can assure you that I will never refer them to anyone. The service was extremely good with making reservations and picking up the vehicle, but if you find yourself in trouble with one of their cars you are on your own. This incident cause me an extre five hundred bucks.Reviewed 4 Jul 2024

Pros:The second car they gave me was fully functionalCons:The first car was broken, vibrated/shock-likely something wrong with the tires. The second car they gave was filthy, the trunk had bananas, grocery bags, wrapping paper, old masks. There were chips by the driver’s seat. Both car were clearly never cleaned when I rented them for their enhanced cleaning during covid. Very disappointed with the whole experienceReviewed 23 Feb 2021
