Pros:Car was fine.Cons:Customer service did not exist. First the car was not available at the local office, making us have to go to the airport, 30 min. away. The agent fast-talked us into $30.99/day insurance saying the $9 insurance advertised online only covered the car when it was being driven, not when it would be parked. We called to get it canceled, were told by Corporate that we could go into any office to get it rescinded, then were told by the local office that we would have to go to the airport (30 mi away) to get it removed. Local office called airport, airport office called us and was extremely rude, implying we were too lazy to go back to the airport office "5 min away"(apparently the agent has no knowledge of local geography). He was aggressive and belligerent. Never renting from Budget again.Reviewed 10 May 2017
