Pros:I like nothing about my car rental experience. First I requested a minvan, but got a car. The cars are poorly maintain. I had to return one car to get another but there were both junks. The service was so slow you could have gone to bed and still didn't miss anything.Cons:Obviously, the condition of the cars. Making sure that what is requested is what one receive. The staff should be train to understand when one just completed a flight that maybe be long and tiresome from delays and the woes of traveling, to reach their final destination, customer wants to go!Reviewed 27 Jul 2019

Pros:The staff was friendly and kindCons:The check in took a while. The car was old and not well maintained. The headlights were not properly aligned, and so I had to drive with the high beam on during the night. The engine was not properly tuned and raced, thus using a lot of gas. "Luxury SUV"?Cons:we've been traveling with 2 kids (both with car seats) and 3 adults on bad roads (mountains in Jamaica). For that, we wanted to have a larger, more comfortable car. We have booked car in category of "Luxury SUV" with description of "Mitsubishi Pajero or similar". What we got instead of Suzuki Vitara in a very basic configuration. No camera for reversing, no USB or bluetooth support for radio... Description and reality turned out to be two completely different things.Reviewed 20 Nov 2018

Absolute disgracePros:The car had 4 wheelsCons:Didn’t fit 4 bags like I ordered Couldn’t adjust the direction of the interior fan (was 40c!!) 49,000 km Car at least 10 years old Performance was very sluggish ... struggling to make it over the toll road to Ocho Rios Check out was not good, claiming it “looked like I had spray painted the passenger side front panel” Will never use kayak or budget ever againReviewed 3 Nov 2018
