extra hidden fees and vehicle with some minor issuPros:The staff at the counter was excellent, very helpful and friendly. The pickup process was quick and easy.Cons:The car had some issues. It was unclean, with candy wrappers in the back seat and a chocolate stain on the upholstery. The windshield washer didn't work which was a problem due to all the dirt roads in this part of the country. There were also hidden fees everywhere for extra kilometers drive (limit is 200k per day, are you kidding me!!??!?) and a big extra fee to "prepare a document" to allow entry into chile (they just printed a customs form).Reviewed 24 Apr 2016
