I reserved a car for last Monday. When I arrived at AGS, there were no cars. I was told that having a reservation does not mean that a car would be available!! The agent told me there would not be any cars until Wednesday. I had to take a taxi to my hotel and find other transportation for the rest of my trip.Reviewed 4 Apr 2026

I booked car way in advance. When I went to pick the car at Budget there was note to go to Avis window, when after waiting in line end up with the front person she told me car in not available at present may take an hour or more. I asked for any alternate car she said does not have any other car. Asked her name she said she is not supposed to give the name. When asked for supervisor she said not available. I than asked if car was not available why did not someone call me or email me. She than called the marshal on me. It was a terrible experience I left the airport and got car from another company.Reviewed 9 Feb 2026
