Everything was great until the car return. The location was inside a mall, and difficult to find. I was frustrated trying to get a local agent on the phone to help me return the car properly. There should be some explicit written instructions for this unusual office address. Once I found it, the agents were helpful and efficient!Reviewed 30 Oct 2022

Our flight was cancelled and we worried that we wouldn't be able to pick up our rental car as we would arrive after the branch had closed at 7. We called and the first person we spoke to was not helpful and basically said we were out of luck because they close at 7. We called again (possibly a different number?), and this person was extremely helpful. She explained that she would leave the keys and contract in a secure area for us to pick up after hours. When we arrived at the airport, she had stayed late to make sure that we and others arriving late due to the cancelled flight were taken care of. I wish I knew her name so I could recommend her for some kind of commendation. She really turned our trip around and saved us a lot of trouble.Reviewed 27 Sep 2021

Dropped off 6 am at the airport. No one at the parking lot or front desk. Returned cars filled Key lock box was jammed, so customers just piled returned keys on the desk. This seemed true for all 5 or 6 car agencies at the small regional airport.Reviewed 7 Sep 2021

Pros:Staff was not friendly. No one was there when I dropped it off and it was early i n the evening.Cons:The vehicle was filthy, and even though it was only supposed to be a $25.00 rental, they ended up charging over$65.00. An absolute joke!Reviewed 26 Sep 2019

Cons:The car was in a different spot and we had to hunt for it. When we got to Nashville the next day our contract had not been entered properly and the office had to try to get it released. It is good we weren't in a hurry.Reviewed 13 Jul 2017

Best option in a tough situationPros:I needed to rent a car on a Sunday morning because I was involved in an auto accident on Saturday night, far from home. Avis offered the best prices to get me home (in Kansas). The process was easy and relatively affordable compared to the other outrages quotes from Enterprise.Cons:I wish the company would have opened before noon. My drop off experience was frustrating, as well, but that has nothing to do with Evansville.Reviewed 27 Jun 2017
