Pick up time was 40 minutes after prechecking in. I was told that I did not have a reservation confirmed through QEEQ.Com. Had a confirmation number but somehow QEEQ dropped the ball. I called a local Avis person that was very helpful and able to help me out otherwise I really would have been giving a much worst review.Reviewed 20 Mar 2026

Booked a 6pm pickup not realizing that was the time the shop closed. Showed up 10 minutes late and was refused entry and was not able to get the car. Should not be allowed to book a pickup at or after closing. Very disappointing.Reviewed 14 Feb 2025

We rented a van to evacuate from Hurricane Milton. When we arrived at the counter I was told no vans weee available and that my only option was an SUV for an extra $100. Considered we were evacuating from a CAT 5 storm I feel this was very poor customer service. To price gouge my family in a time of need. I won’t do business with Avis again.Reviewed 12 Oct 2024

Everything was easy and as-planned. The only thing that wasn’t great was that I didn’t have obvious instructions for the drop off procedure for the small airport I was dropping off the car at. I wish Avis would have sent me instructions for the drop off at my specific location.Reviewed 24 Nov 2023
