Just okay, high itinerary adjustmentPros:Car was readyCons:Car was older and had a bad tire roar when driving it. On the 4th day of my rental my schedule changed and I needed to get back to Tennessee. The airline couldn't get me a flight out, and Alamo was going to charge me almost 400.00 to drive the car from Toledo OH to Knoxville TN. I had to end up renting another car, which was a big headache, and drive back on a tight schedule. I probably should give an unlimited mileage rental a poor rating for wanting to charge me so much for a schedule change but to be nice we will call it mediocre.Reviewed 24 Mar 2017

Great Price but No Debit Cards!Pros:Price was fantastic 35$ for a one day one way.Cons:I was completely shocked to learn that Alamo does not take debit cards only credit cards. I almost found myself with having to go to somewhere else paying last minute prices. Fortunately my wife had a credit card, so we were okay. I was so upset about this. Kayak needs to make this immediately clear when I make the reservation. It was a very unpleasant surprise.Reviewed 31 Dec 2016
