It was terrible. No one notified me that Alamo no longer exists at Jackson Hole airport anymore. When I landed at the airport and went to pick up the car, there is no Alamo there. Kayak had made the reservation with them several months ago for me. But Alamo had stopped being at Jackson Hole and that was never communicated to me. I even called Alamo three times before my arrival to be sure they will have a car for me. They said that is you have the reservation through Kayak, you will have a car there. Terrible customer service on the phone with AlamoReviewed 9 Aug 2024

Took forever to pick up car. Literally hundreds of people on line. Severely understaffed.Reviewed 23 Mar 2024
