Thai Air Asia no longer has customer support that you can call and talk to. All support is done by chat bot or self help websites. This can be a major issue if you have a problem and it bit us so we can’t recommend nor will we book with them again unless as a last resort.

No way to talk to support. Is all online self help or chat bot. Now way to speak to a person and the automated options are useless.

Airline cancelled our flight purchased through kiwi.com 2 months before travel and to date has inly refunded half of our paid ticket price.

Crew was nice, boarding efficient. VERY cramped seating. I'm a 5 ' 10'' slim woman and my knees were up against the seat in front of me and my arms were against the arm rests. There are no services, not even water, and they only take local currency and I didn't yet have Thai baht ( flying from Indonesia and no rupiah left). I won't choose to fly with this line again.

Good, no mini-tv's, no food unless you pay, good overall experience.

CNX is a filthy, poorly kept airport. I have heard that Thailand plans to build another airport in San Kampaeng area, so perhaps they are just letting this one go. But it makes every airline look badly to offer their service in such a poorly organized "dump". Sorry to say this, but that's what it's like. At least the AirAsia flight which I took was on time! I appreciate that.

Air Asia will be my choice of airline when I fly to Asia every 6 to 8 weeks. Thank you for your good service.

I really like air Asia. The flights are running very professionally and both of my flights this last time got in early. Planes were clean. The staff was very professional and helpful. I understand they were supposed to be a budget airline but they don’t act like they’re a budget airline.

If you are over 170 cm, i would implore you to select an exit row or front row seat. You will not be able to sleep. Extremely uncomfortable.

My second consecutive experience of flight delay between 1.5 and close to 2hr. Resulting upsetting my biz agenda and additional expenses on local transportation to catch up

Expensive Poor check-in process staff only arrived 2h before boarding which is not a par with international standards Cabin was overly warm No seat Pocket No in seat charging No entertainment No WiFi option Slow cabin service Limited purchasing options Boarding was good Staff were presentable Flight was safe and on time

The flight attendants were not passing out soft drinks. They skipped a lot of rows and passengers were complaining.

The boarding a bit late but overall no drama. Will fly with jetstar again someday for sure.

seat legroom was quite narrow, so i could feel the person’s knees behind me.

Honestly, I Wouldn’t fly Jetstar if I had a choice.

Paid top dollar, and outrageous add ons to get squeezed into an uncomfortable seat with the least leg room possible. Probably best to avoid air travel whenever possible, maybe forever.

They lost my luggage. Doesn't exactly make the experience great.

Leg room is just too short and food costs and is not good quality. But the big issue was they said that my luggage would be transferred to the next flight, so no need for me to exit customs, get a visa and reboard. However that didn't happen and my luggage is still, 2 days later, in Denpasar. So whilst the flight went on time and was fairly average, I think that the cost vs quality is not good enough.

No frills means no frills... I just got on the plane and flew. That's all. Nothing more and nothing less. Or I did buy some water, they took cash only! LOL

First the flight delayed 1 hour ND then when we suppose to landing the pilot decided not to land at the chiang Mai Airport but the chiang rai airport

Pros: "This is a budget airline and they get you to where you going at good price"
Cons: "They pack you in all together even though there are open seats available and leave you there as if you've done something wrong"
Cons: "fraud on the baggge fee. Had already tried to pay on web sire, but tmdid not work. Then they charge more than twice the price at airport."
Pros: "I am grateful for small mercies. ... it was on time!"
Cons: "Not being fleeced / ripped off cheated out of money as I check in. The website purposely does not allow payment of bags just so they can get more at airport. ... Staff admitted it was regular complaints and they did not care... Not my sort of pleasurable flight.."
Pros: "The ground staff service was really poor, the air-cond on-board was warm instead of cold, when arrived Singapore, the body sweaty."
Cons: "The pre-book luggage service and check-in ground staff service in Bangkok airport. It's really disappointed."
Cons: "They had mosquitos entire flight, they could have sprayed bug spray or do something about it"
Pros: "Just expect , what is expected from a low cost carrier."
Pros: "I had very low expectations after reading some reviews for this airline. But I was pleasantly surprised. Staff in Bangkok was nice, paid for bags, everything went smoothly, and the plane was not dumpy at all."
Cons: "nothing, it was a short simple flight."
Cons: "The plane was COLD and no blankets to be found."

Need more where chair assistant helper I request, but no one help me.

We were packed in like sardines. They did not even serve water on the flight!

Everything was good just the part on the need to transfer via bus to plane

Around Asia, Vietjet is always my favorite airline. Great service and beautiful stewardesses :)

I get tired of Viet Jet's regular delays. I tell myself every time that I need tp switch to Air Asia, which I have, but AA doesn't always have flights when I need them. Oh well...

Worst experience, hands down. With a movable departure time it's impossible to know at what time to go to the airport. On the day of my return flight I received a kayak email informing me that my flight was bent rescheduled for an hour earlier. I literally had to run to the airport to learn it wasn't true. Never again

There were four delays over a period of 3 1/2 hours with very little advance warning. There was no explanation offered as to the reason for the delays. I hope I never have to fly a Thai Viet Jet Air again.

Delayed boarding, deboarding by bus - time to choose another airline.

Left 1/2 hour late and had to deboard on a bus. I will choose another airline from now on.

Both flight schedules were changed by the airline after booking the flights. 215pm departure brought forward to 1045pm and 110pm (return) departure moved to 530pm. Caused great inconvenience and not even a discount voucher from the airline! Disappointing.

6hrs fly they dont give you a glass of water from seoul to singapore need to buy drink and food plus they charge for bag on international fly is always Free 1 bag from seoul to singapore is Not a local fly you are traveling true asia same story from singapore to Bali no water drink after payment for bag drink cost more the regular airline Well never use this company again we use regular company like Delta korea japan China and even scoot parent company Singapore Air

We had 2 attempts to land at Singapore Changing during a thunderstorm. Everything was delayed by 1 hour plus.

Boarding was not accordingly after front seat, bmf then back seat. This delayed for at least 40mins or more. The staff at Jakarta can do better. Is chaos at the entry to board the plane. This tarnished Scoot reputation when everyone was talking about it.

The crew was not customer oriented at all, even confrontational . The aircraft needs more attention to detail as far as comfort, and the 1 hour sitting at the gate with no air is inexcusable

We flew on the 787 Dreamliner direct to main gate at KLIA2, quick entry via eGate and on the train 41mins after touchdown. Go well SCOOT

Was on scoot plus. The only good thing about the flight was the spacious seats. Tables and armrests were extremely dirty Food: bad Entertainment: non existent Wifi: unable to connect, then was painfully slow that we couldn’t even send messages Good thing we had a night flight, so we just slept throughout.

Not clear why boarding passes could only be issued at the counter and not through the kiosk. I had already check-in on the web, so waiting to obtain a boarding pass 1.5 hours before the actual flight defeats the purpose of early web check-in.

no charging point. food offering is limited and very much on the budget line. Overall is not satisfying for such a price and duration of flight.

We were delayed, but there was never any update given. Everyone was standing at the gate as boarding was supposed to commence at 13:10 for a 13:55 flight. We didn't actually start getting on the shuttles to the plane, until after 14:00. No updates, no information given at all.

Scoot refused to change my flight even though I had booked a flexible ticket. MyTrip wanted to charge me an extra $271 for a ticket that was only listed as $217. I complained about this to scoot and they didn't give a shite. So never again will you be getting money from me Scoot. You can Scoot off.
