Cancelled the flight half hour before boarding. Then cancelled the connecting flight too.

Early departure meant on time arrival. Only real problem was free internet had issues, although chatting with the internet help desk (you can do this via aainflight.com) got the issue resolved.

Very good I can’t complain one bit. Thank you American Airlines for making my flight enjoyable and safe!

When I booked my flight a month ago - I selected a seat. That seat was NOT the one I ended up with when I checked into my flight the day before. This is the second time this has occurred. So, I checked my next flight on Wednesday and Thursday and no seat was assigned. Poor, very poor customer service.

Good flight, seated and had a water within 5 minutes. Crew was hospitable.

A chaotic and uncomfortable experience from start to finish. The boarding process was a disaster; despite group numbers, it was a free-for-all that the staff failed to manage (especially after group 5). Once on board, the "entertainment" was non-existent. There are no seatback screens, and the mobile app selection is incredibly thin. The hardware is severely dated. My seat had zero cushioning left—it felt like sitting on a hard board for the entire flight—and the legroom was cramped. To make matters worse, the bathroom was repulsive, with toilet paper, soiled paper towels and liquid/pee all over the floor. When I did interact with the crew, they provided the absolute bare minimum and made me feel like an inconvenience for asking for anything. Avoid this flight if you can.

Found that the plane used for this short flight is smaller and therefore the seats are really squeezed tight.

I would have liked a pillow. The vegetarian wrap and oaten cake was good.

As a first class customer, there was no power the entire flight which limited my ability to work. I find this unacceptable. The first 11 rows on the left side of the plan were out. I was only offered the option to charge my phone which was not the issue because my laptop was out of power. I asked if there was anything that can be done for me, and the answer was, "no". I was not offered any type of compensation for this AA problem which caused me unnecessary stress due to inability to address business issues on an already challenging travel day. Flight attendants tried to reset the power once but that was the extent of their support. Very disappointing for the lack of expected services on a flight.
