Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's proximity to the airport, making it a convenient choice for travelers. Many found the beds comfortable and the shuttle service efficient. However, several reviews noted issues with cleanliness, outdated facilities, and maintenance problems such as malfunctioning TVs and key cards. Experiences with staff varied, with some guests describing them as friendly and helpful, while others encountered unprofessional or unfriendly service. Value for price was seen as fair by some, though additional charges like parking fees were mentioned. Overall, the hotel is considered suitable for short airport stays, but improvements in cleanliness, service consistency, and facility updates are needed.AI-generated from customer reviews

Pros (+) comfortable bed, nice shower, good internet.
Cons (-) beyond good bed, nice shower, and good internet - everything else was mediocre to poor. would not stay there again. definitely over-priced.
Pros (+) Some riff raff dudes arguing woke me up on a thursday night around 2:45. ASK for a room where the window doesn't face the airport - will help decrease jet noise.
Cons (-) It was fine - nothing fancy. Fridge wasnt' cold - and never got cold.
Pros (+) Not Much...it is close to PDX.
Cons (-) Avoid! Dirty carpet in guest room. Dirty hallway floors. Just a grungy feel overall. Had booked for 7 nights. Checked out after 2 nights. Wish I had taken pictures
Pros (+) Comfortable, clean, quiet, convenient, inexpensive, good staff, decent food in restaurant.
Cons (-) Heater in room was slightly not working.
Cons (-) The rooms are very small and completely out of the way of the you want to do anything in portland. Staff was friendly but it doesnt save them.
Cons (-) Need slip proof mat in tub shower
Pros (+) We really liked how close the hotel is to the airport, how convenient it was to park our car while we flew, and the airport shuttle. The best part was the staff! The front desk people were SO friendly and helpful, the shuttle drivers were more than helpful and drove safely, and the restaurant staff went out of their way to be helpful. We'll stay again because the staff was so wonderful.
Cons (-) We didn't like the bathrooms. The water in the shower didn't stay one temperature, ranging from painfully hot to freezing. The bathroom paint was old and the corners of the walls were full of grime. The vents were full of gunk as well. The beds were not very soft. The window curtains didn't close all the way and we had to prop a chair against them to keep them closed.
Pros (+) Conveniently close to the airport; free shuttle; basic room, but it was clean
Cons (-) Noisy much of the night
Cons (-) When I called to confirm the morning of the stay, they had never heard of our KAYAK order and had no room
