Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location, extensive breakfast options, and comfortable beds. Many found the staff to be courteous and helpful, with some exceptional experiences noted, especially for special occasions. However, several guests reported issues with service, including slow response times and poor handling of requests, as well as problems with cleanliness, such as musty smells, dust, and rooms in need of renovation. Overall, while the hotel offers a convenient and pleasant stay for many, improvements in service and room maintenance are needed.
