This facility is by far not up to what I have come to expect from Enterprise. the parking lot is a mess, there is no room for the cars, the premises appears to be largely under construction. Upon returning ca the clerk tried to tell us that it only had 3/8 of a tank though we had just filled it up.10.0 Excellent

The shuttle service is lacking compared to other car rentals. Customers arriving from other countries may not be able to call them for a pickup. Some kind of texting option would work better. Also, there was no early shuttle available to return to the airport. They were helpful and arranged a cab.5.6 Okay

When we arrived we discovered that I had reserved our vacation with one day missing. The “fix” for an 8 day rental, adding only one day, more than offered DOUBLED our expense. We will never use this company ever again.4.8 Okay

This is supposed to be an airport car rental but they close at 6:00 and you can’t pick up your car after that. Unbelievable. And don’t try to pick it up a second sadly either or they’ll try to charge you for an extra day.Hertz

Pros:
The desk staff were quite good, but the pickup was delayed and it put me late for another commitment. The drop-off was painless. The pickup state of the car was an embarrassment to Hertz.Cons:
I picked up the car in a poorly lit underground parkade. The car was not clean. Exterior wash was pathetic - a lousy effort to get the car ready for me upon pickup. As I drove along I found trash in the interior door pockets. As I got out of the parkade I could see that the windshield appears to have never been cleaned and the car wreaked of cigarette smoke. Kind of disgusting actually. And the tank was less than full. I chose Hertz because it was a strong brand. Too bad the experience was not up to basic cleanliness standards, never mind that things should have been far better given the sanitation requirements for coping with Covid9.2 Excellent

The location was difficult to find (garage floor of one of the buildings). They expect you to walk down a ramp that appears to be just for cars. No clear instructions for how to get to the office. Also, I was surprised for it being Hertz that they gave me a fairly basic model car. I got a slightly newer car with more features and was more comfortable from a cheaper competitor of theirs.9.2 Excellent

They didn't seem to know anything about the online booking system that I used, I ended up paying almost double because I wanted a GPS system which upgraded me to a nicer vehicle. However, I booked a Rav4 which is pretty comparable to a Chevy Esquire. I just feel like I overpaid for the upgrade.4.8 Okay

I only had the car 5 days and was charged the weekly rate. I was given only 1 day of insurance back when I brought it back early. On your website it doesn't mention the $30/day for insurance on top of the rental charge. I was led to believe at booking everything was included. Too expensive.10.0 Excellent

the car was smaller than i expected from an SUV, but it worked out fine. also, i asked for a ski rack at time of reservation and also called thrifty the day before we went to vancouver. both times i was told that my request was recorded, but not guaranteed. so i thought there was a decent chance that i would get a ski rack since i requested it so far in advance. when we arrived at the pick up location, i was told that they do not have ski racks in that location and never have them available for customers. that was kind of weird.8.0 Excellent

Cons:
I booked a rate on your site for a total car rental period with all fees for just under $40. When I returned my car to Thrifty the total was $199. 52 and I filled the car full of gas. They said that they added a $35 dollar per day insurance that I did not sign up for and they would not remove this charge. I am waiting for a phone call from you to discuss a refund. 949-910-00332.0 Mediocre

The first Jeep Cherokee's 4WD service light was on, the second Jeep Patriot was old, ratty and stunk of cigarette smoke, and the last option with AWD was a Chevrolet thing. We left and went to Hertz and got a brand new clean Jeep Wrangler instead.99Rent
