Cons (-) took my shoes off at the desk in my room. the next morning, i have at least a dozen welts from being bitten by something.
Pros (+) Clean, quiet and comfortable.
Pros (+) The room, bed, and pillows were great. Hundreds of channels available through DirecTV. The mini-fridge was a great place to keep snacks for our 19 month old cold. Plenty of room to stretch out. There was hideaway bed that we didn't need to use. The pool and hot tub were nice.
Cons (-) Breakfast was mediocre. Do-it-yourself waffle maker, circular thawed egg patties, and paper thin bacon. There were also breads, yogurt, coffee, and fruit. I'm not complaining about the breakfast's middling quality because it saved us quite a bit of $$ from eating out every morning. Our AC went out on day 2 of our 5 night stay. I told the front desk about the AC around 8pm. They installed a new uni...

Cons (-) Restless nights. Stayed in room 104 and you could head every step the people above took. Sounded like someone would fall through the floor...... So I paid to get no sleep for 2 nights. Asked staff if I could change rooms and if there was a charge I would pay the difference. Staff said since I booked through a third party there was nothing they could for me. Wow no service! Pros (+) I was impressed that they emailed me before arrival and asked me for preferences and came through on those. The first floor room was convenient to the pool and lounge/cafe, very roomy, but it was also quiet even with a sports team in the building.
Cons (-) Nothing. It met all my needs we were in town for my nephew's Graduation.
