Rental center is right next to terminal, easy process to pick up car.Rental car segment said passenger van and had a picture of a large van. We arrived and were told we had a small hatchback with 5 seats. We would not have booked with Avis at the price given if they communicated the vehicle class properly. Very disappointed, we felt tricked by Avis.

We were told tank was full and return it the same, however when we got to the vehicle it was 3/4 full. Overall not a huge issue

staff was nice but scared me into buying daily insurance even though had purchased my own, which made the rate jump higher than I had budgeted for.They should honor other car insurances. And be more up front with the billing process. Basically I signed a contract that was not filled out with proper numbers. This was at this airport. I had just landed from a 13 hour trip and did not want to deal with this.

The car was comfortable and drove well, although there was no clock, and I tried every option!The oil was so dangerously low on the car, it took two containers to get it to a safe amount. It took my morning of finding a gas station, then a car shop because the gas station did not have the correct oil, etc. Had I ignored the warning, they said I would have burned out the engine and been stranded. They should not assign the car without running it through basic maintenance checks after each use based on mileage or something of the sort. The oil was so low this should not have been missed. I was in a foreign country with no cell service, and this could have been very dangerous, and even more expensive. Not happy.

Pick-up and drop-off were simple and easy. Car was clean. All marks/dents were accurately captured on the pickup form.Car was very small - we had booked a Kia Rio, whereas we received a Kia Picanto (Rio has much more space than the Picanto).
