Complete rip off! Said they were in the airport (where at least six other companies are) - they aren’t; plane was an hr delayed so they gave away the car and said they were sold out but kept our money for the weeks rental!! Only a call center number with an unhelpful staff person. Left us robbed of our money for services not rendered and unhelpful in any way to resolve the issue. Would never rent from this company ever again and will be flagging the charge with credit card company.

Car was in excellent condition and clean. The big problem was that it was advertised as being in the airport, but it was not. The staff was nice, but it took much longer to get the car than we anticipated, as the computer was acting up when we finally got to the location. If we weren't in a time crunch getting out of there, it would have been fine, but we were rushed and this caused stress. On the way back, the people were very nice, and we got a shuttle within about 10-15 minutes.

A couple of young entrepreneurs who own this business. Customer service was fantastic, and they were so very helpful. We had to extend our reservation and again it was such an easy process. They are off site however only 5 minutes away and they give you door to door service both ways.
