The rental was dirty. Under the stowaway seats was filthy. I didn’t know how to operate the key fob, didn’t know you had to touch the fob to the start button. No one on the lot to help. The vehicle had minor damage on the passenger side that should have noted. Had to go back to the desk to have it noted. The desk personnel were friendly and helpful.

The van we rented was dirty at pick up - also had a lot of nicks and dents - we told the rep I called he said he knew but we didn’t do a walk around together - told him about it being dirty said u should have called me but I had to go pick up my daughter- he didn’t even say we will give you 19 percent off - or a discount on future rentals or any kind of regret -

Car had malfunction with rear sensor so it impacted my driving experience. Called location to notify but was put on hold. Decided to drive to the location instead and staff member seemed to overwhelmed to help and had me wait until he took another order first. Car had ants within and would occasionally pop up and bite my friends in the legs. Finally associate was able to turn off sensor and showed me how to deactivate it each time I turned the car on. Overall a hassle but the price was okay.
