The pickup/dropoff was so easy, partly because I was the only customer at any of the counters. The agents were pleasant and helpful. The car (Ford Focus) was adequate for the class of car we chose.Cons:
The price seemed high compared to other rentals we've had over the years in other places. Could be because everything in Juneau is expensive. It was the least expensive of the options in Juneau, and was adequate for our needs. There's not a lot of distance to cover around there, so fitting 5 adults into a Ford Focus worked for us this time.10.0 Wonderful

There are no negatives on the Alamo side. However, for some reason Kayak lists this vendor as being reached by a shuttle. It's not--you get your key by baggage claim and go a few steps to your car in the adjacent parking lot.Budget
